PSM Cyber Stars is the brainchild of Phoenix Sport & Media Group, an independent company co-founded by former premier league stars to help the next generation of sports stars. Headquartered at Silverstone race circuit and using our unrivalled experience of sport together with hands-on technical skills training, we aim to create new career pathways and encourage greater diversity and inclusivity in an industry that is facing a skills shortage. We are building a new generation of talent to make the world more cyber resilient.

IT & Cyber Skills Development

Our students learn the basics of IT and Cyber Security. Led by a military veteran, our technical training helps our students gain certifications and new skills.

Career Readiness & Preparation

We help our students to prepare their CVs, practice their interviews and we help our candidates prepare for a new work environment.

Employer Engagement

We work with employers and recruitment agencies to help our candidates secure employment in this fast paced, growing sector.

Mentoring by a special team
